Lead Time - Normally ships within one business day upon being ordered.

Policies - Once your order is paid for, your massage chair will ship within one business day via TNT delivery (next day). Shipping includes the delivery of the chair to your door. Shipping does not include special services such as time-specific delivery or two man delivery. These services and others are available, but you will have to pay additional fees in order to use them.
